  • Items do not need to be unopened or unused.

  • We accept partial refunds for items with minor signs of use.

  • Promotional items are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

6. Package Exceptions

  • Lost package: We will reship your order at no cost.

  • Damaged package: We will reship your order at no cost.

  • Incorrect address provided by customer: You may choose to either:

    • Pay for reshipping, or

    • Request a refund (shipping fee will be deducted).
